Ideas to support your EYFS, Nursery child:
- Read a story and talk about the characters
- Practise initial sounds as often as you can
- Number games
- Talk about shapes and find some in your home
- Interact and play games
- Explore the garden (What can you find?)
- Look at the clouds (What can you see? Can you draw it?
- Be creative – junk modelling
- Lego and Duplo – build and create
- Water play – use jugs, cups, tubes etc.
- Puppet shows with toys
